Custom Made Items: As most of our art pieces are custom made upon order, the shipping date will vary based on the complexity and time required to create each unique item. We are committed to ensuring the quality and uniqueness of each piece, which may result in varied production times.
Shipping Timeline: Once an item is completed, it will be shipped via standard delivery through USPS or UPS within 3 days of completion.
Insurance and Liability: Each shipped item is covered by a standard insurance value of $100. If you desire additional coverage, it can be added at an additional cost, determined by the shipping carrier.
Payment Before Shipping: All orders and shipping charges must be paid in full before any items are shipped. This policy ensures that we can continue to offer the highest quality art to our customers.
2. Returns Policy
All Sales Are Final: At Corey Swift Art, we stand behind the uniqueness and quality of our custom-made art. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, and no refunds will be issued.
Non-Acceptance of Unsolicited Returns: If an item is returned to us without our prior agreement, it will not be considered a valid return, and no refund will be issued. Should the purchaser wish to have the item reshipped to them, they will be responsible for paying the additional shipping cost plus a handling fee of $50.
