Do you have ready-made art available for purchase?
Currently, all our artworks are custom-made. However, if you're inspired by a specific design, I can create something similar just for you.
Why aren't there any pre-made artworks for sale?
Due to high demand, we focus on creating custom orders, which means pre-made pieces are not typically available.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide, with very few exceptions. For specific shipping inquiries, please feel free to contact us.
What are the shipping costs?

How long does it take for my art piece to ship?
As all pieces are custom-made, please expect your artwork to be shipped within 2-3 weeks of placing your order.

Can I request specific types of crystals?

Are the crystals real?
Yes, all our crystals are real, and most are sourced from Brazil.
How do I hang the art pieces?
Our panel pieces are created on 1.5-inch wood panels, similar to canvases. They weigh around 20-25 lbs, so we recommend hanging them on studs for secure placement.
Are payment plans available?
Yes, we offer payment plans which you can select at checkout.
What if my artwork arrives damaged?
All shipments are insured. In the rare event of damage upon arrival, you can return the item for a refund or a replacement piece.
What if I don’t like my art piece?
While unlikely due to our collaborative customization process and approval through photos & videos pre-shipment, we prioritize your satisfaction in every step.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Given the custom nature of our art, we cannot offer refunds once a piece is made and shipped.
